Your team arrived exactly when they said they would, and set up so quietly and discreetly that I didn't even notice them. At the end of speeches I announced that there would be a cocktail bar after dinner, looked up, and there it was, all ready to go! As far as I'm concerned it made what was a terrific party anyway into something extra special, different and memorable. All our friends who we've spoken to since have commented on it and said what a brilliant touch it was.
I would like to pass particular compliments and thanks to your terrific team of bar staff. They could not have been more enthusiastic, slick, and on the ball, and they put on a really stylish show. I don't know exactly when they left but I know for certain they were working away for a lot longer than the prescribed hour, and the cocktails they produced were delicious (not to mention dangerous!) and seemed to arrive in an endless stream just when required.
